Payconiq International S.A. (“Payconiq”) is a public limited company under Luxembourg law, registered with on the Luxembourg trade and companies register under number B 169621, with its registered headquarters at 9-11 rue Joseph Junck, L-1839 Luxembourg.
Authorised as a payment institution by the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance (institution authorisation number 40/18), Payconiq is monitored by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the supervisory authority for the Luxembourg finance sector.
This regulatory status give Payconiq the right to offer payment services, such as DIGICASH, in accordance with the provisions of the law of 10 November 2009 related to payment services, as amended.
Authorisation as a payment institution also grants Payconiq recognised status within the Member States of the European Union; this status authorises DIGICASH to carry out its business in all Member States (subject to informing the CSSF beforehand).

Operation, host, design, and implementation
Operation: Payconiq is the website operator.
Design and implementation: VOUS designed and implemented the website.
The website is an information site whose main purpose is to present DIGICASH and, in particular, its payment services. Accordingly, it is aimed both at DIGICASH customers and individuals who are not customers.
The payment services presented on the website are, however, strictly reserved for DIGICASH customers who have signed a partnership-subscription contract with DIGICASH.
The Website and all of its component elements (including the content, logos, photographs, etc.) are protected by the provisions applicable under Luxembourg intellectual property law; the website and the elements are the exclusive property of DIGICASH, except for elements that are expressly attributed to third parties.
The complete or partial reproduction, distribution, or adaptation, for commercial purposes or otherwise, of the component elements of the Website, whose ownership is attributed to Payconiq, is forbidden without the latter’s express authorisation.
Links to other websites
Hyperlinks established to other websites do not constitute validation of these sites by Payconiq and cannot engage the latter’s liability, specifically, with respect to their content.
Moreover, as a general principle, Payconiq forbids any third party from setting up a hyperlink to its Website, except if express authorisation is obtained from Payconiq beforehand.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
The Website is governed by Luxembourg law.
All disputes arising from the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court (Tribunal d’Arrondissement) in Luxembourg.
The complaints procedure described below is intended for partners and customers of the DIGICASH or Payconiq network (retailers, e/m-retailers, and billers) and beneficiaries of DIGICASH payments having signed the subscription to the DIGICASH acceptance network contract.
For your complaint to be considered as such, it must be made in order for a right to be recognised or for the purpose of redressing prejudice.

Our staff will endeavour to treat your request as quickly as possible. Confirmation that your request has been received will be sent and the name of the person responsible for following up your case will be provided if the request cannot be dealt with within 10 days. Payconiq undertakes to ensure that the time between the date of receipt of the complaint and the date of sending the response does not exceed one month. If this time period cannot be respected, the claimant will be informed of the reasons for the delay and given a date by which the examination of their complaint is likely to be completed.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been dealt with, or no solution has been found, you will be able to contact the relevant member of the Payconiq management committee.
